Wet, windy and bumpy ride to Trollfjord, but such a nice tour with tons of eagles and even dolphins on the way! Trollfjord haven’t turned off its majestic nature switch, and by that we start to prepare the last part of the season: private and company tours! 🏔️🦅🚤🌊

This is Maren Dahl, Queen of the seas 👸🌊

She has her 2nd season with us in Nyksund and rumors says that she loves it on the outside coast of Vesterålen. She lives in her sailboat down south, sails all over the world and spends winter in Skjervøy doing guided whale-tours 🐳 during summer in Nyksund she mostly eat what she can get from the sea and also loves freediving🤿

She is our guide and driver for seal and bird safari in Nyksund and knows everything there is to know about our zoo on the outside🙌🏻

Meet our Master Captain, Ladislav Smrž 👨‍✈️

He will be doing tours from @qualityhotelrichardwith this summer to the Salmon Center @akvakulturivesteralen in Blokken and to Trollfjord with eagles close up! 🦅🐟🏔️ also all kinds of transport in the area.

He is almost as good flying as RIB-driving, so if you see a parachute hanging in the sky it might just be Lad having some time off 🪂

Sometimes we are lucky to see whales, and this is one of the smalest of them, the porpoise. It can get up to 1,7-2 m in size and the female is the most heavy one and can weight up to 76 kgs. They eat mostly fish and octopus and can get 25 years old 🐳🦑🐟
